Great service begins and ends with an experienced and friendly professional.  Founder and CEO of Winston Consulting Services, LLC, Dr. Winston's career in human services began in 2003.  Working as a family educator at Maryville Academy, Dr. Winston developed a passion for working with youth.  This passion grew and pushed her to pursue a Masters degree in social work which she obtained in 2009.  Her expertise and knowledge in social work expounded over the next few years and Dr. Winston matriculated to higher education where she received her Doctor of Philosophy in Human Services with a specialization in Clinical Social Work.  Dr. Winston has become a renowned Social Worker in the city of Chicago, specializing in working with children as early as five years of age and young adults well into their twenties.  Dr. Winston has worked with youth from all walks of life with diagnoses such as autism, emotional disturbance, attention deficit hyperactive disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, bipolar disorder, and depression.  After 14 years working in human services, Dr. Winston made the conscious decision to consult and cultivate other social workers who share the same passions and desires to work with youth, adolescents, and young adults.  It is through Winston Consulting Services that Dr. Winston hopes to train, educate, and cultivate social workers, in an effort to provide efficient and effective services to our youth in the city of Chicago.
